Yes, only if the interested applicant is an ex-MOE teacher. If the applicant has not previously taught in MOE but has a teaching qualification, he/she is advised to apply online using the application form that is available at the MOE website (Applicants with Teaching Qualifications).

Please complete the application form and submit the form to MOE_RU_Trained_Appt@moe.gov.sg if you are a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident. For other nationals, please email the application form to MOE_FRU@moe.gov.sg.
